Returns & Refund Policy

At Yesplease, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with the items you received, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided the items are in new condition. Please note that purchased panties cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

  1. Send an email to hello@yespleaselingerie.co.za with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. After you receive return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  3. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Return Conditions:

  1. You have 14 business days from the date of receipt to determine if an item is suitable for you. If you wish to return or exchange any items, please contact us within this timeframe.
  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. The following items are non-returnable: panties.
  4. If we send you a damaged or incorrect item, we accept returns and will cover the shipping costs for the return.
  5. Yesplease Lingerie does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt, or if they are missing their original tags. If you receive a damaged product, please report it to our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence, or the return may not be approved.
  6. We cannot accept items returned without prior return authorization.
  7. Customers must ensure that their delivery address is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  8. We do not provide a Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns; all returns must be at your own expense.
  9. Please double-check the items you are returning before shipping them out. We cannot be held responsible for non-Yesplease products that are returned.

Note: The original shipping fees and any Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
